The original website was static with no CMS making their next round of planned updates a large hurdle. All website updates were being made by the in-house development team, which was costly and Inefficient - Bugsnag wanted the ability to shift this responsibility to the marketing team and other admins. The end goal was to hand the "keys to the website" over to Bugsnag's design & marketing team.
